Parties, Parties, Parties

April was a party month for the Evans. This was a much better month than last year at this time. We did our partying at the hospital and at Carrie's waiting to go to the hospital. It has been a year since Wayne had his heart attack and open heart surgery. I'm glad that he is where he is this year.

The weekend after Trevor's party we had Kayda and Payton come spend the night so Reddin and Karen could get up early and go to Pat's Run. I just happened to be watching Marcus and Megan's children that night so we had a party with the kidlettes.

What else would you do on a Saturday morning at grandma's besides watch a movie?

That same weekend we had a cousins party at Jeanine's. Ben and Kristen were here from Utah with their family so we got together and ate and played games. Such a fun time we had with everyone.

That Sunday we had Wayne's birthday celebration with cake, pie, and ice cream. Wow! I'm glad that he was here to turn 60!

A year later we tried again for pictures with all the grandchildren. I think Collin did the best!
